Shanti Bergel

Shanti is a games producer turned digital entertainment investor.
He has devoted nearly 30 years to the game industry in roles ranging from product management to corporate development at companies like Electronic Arts, FunPlus, Playfish, and GREE. His fascination with how changes in technology and distribution affect products and community led him from traditional AAA in the 90s to MMOs and free to play in the 2000s, then on to social and mobile in the 2010s, and finally to cloud and omni-platform today.
As an investor, Shanti is proud to work alongside some of the most ambitious and talented founders in the business.
Andrew Sheppard

Andrew is a strategist and seasoned executive focused on helping founders grow.
Andrew has over 20 years of experience building, managing and advising multi-billion dollar consumer businesses. Past employers include EA, Gamespot, Kabam, GREE and Rakuten Games among others. He has direct experience working in online media, social media game services, subscriptions, free-to-play, console games, online/PC games, mobile games and apps. His current areas of focus include cross-platform games, next gen social gaming, cloud gaming, influencer communities and messenger games.
Andrew is excited to put capital to work in service of companies that are passionate about reinventing the game.
Graham Gockley
Principal
Graham is a passionate game investor with deep finance and product expertise.
He started his career advising leading technology companies like Microsoft, Cisco, and Glu Mobile through middle-market and industry re-shaping acquisitions. Seeking to more closely align this work with his personal passion for games, he moved into Corporate Development, Strategy, and Product Management roles within GREE and Zynga. Throughout all of these experiences, he has relentlessly sought out creative paths to commercial success and ensured that his games (and work product) meet high quality standards.

Andrew Crankshaw
Finance Director
Andrew is an experienced Alternative Asset Finance specialist.
​
He has considerable experience of over 20 years in Finance and Fund Administration within the Venture Capital and Private Equity space. Prior to Transcend he worked at Atomico Ventures for 12 years as Finance Director with responsibility for both the General Partner Finance side of Atomico as well as the Funds Finance side and also including Compliance, Fund Structuring, Valuations, Investor Reporting and IR Support. He began his Finance career at Baker Tilly, a top 6 firm of accountants and auditors as an accountant before joining IK Investment Partners, a firm in the mid-market private equity buy-out space as Senior Fund Accountant and then moving on to 3i plc, a listed buy-out fund, joining as Funds Controller. Andrew is a fully qualified accountant and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, holds a BA (Hons) degree in Accountancy from Birmingham City University and in addition achieved the Investment Administration Qualification from the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment.
